Registration Information Required

Participants please provide the following information for registration:

  • Participant's name, nationality, date of birth, gender, and passport number (matching the passport exactly);
  • Passport number and expiry date;
  • Email address and contact phone number;
  • Emergency contact name, phone number, and relationship with the participant;
  • Clothing size.
  1. Please carefully assess your physical ability when registering. Once the application is submitted, it means the participant confirms and agrees to accept all rules, terms, and arrangements of the event.
  2. The participant's gender and personal information recognized by the organizer are subject to valid identification such as a passport.
  3. Duplicate registrations will be counted as a single registration; extra registration fees will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to other applicants or other events. Submitted registration details will not be returned.
  4. On-site and overdue registrations are not accepted.
  5. Before riding, be sure to check the brake condition and tire pressure, and adjust the saddle to an appropriate height.
  6. Wear a helmet correctly, observe traffic rules, do not run red lights or yellow lights, do not compete with cars or pedestrians for the right of way, and do not race with each other.
  7. Maintain a safe distance while riding; do not group together side-by-side, draft behind other bikes, or push/pull each other.
  8. Keep alert to your surroundings (do not wear earphones on both ears) and stay vigilant at all times to prevent hazards caused by others' negligence.
  9. Make good use of the gears, maintain an appropriate pedaling cadence, and avoid heavy pedaling or free pedaling to prevent muscle injury and accidents.
  10. Be sure to slow down when riding downhill; a speed within 30 km/h is recommended so you can respond smoothly to any emergencies.
  11. When braking, use both hands simultaneously and lightly; avoid braking only the front or rear wheel to prevent flipping or skidding.
  12. Be sure to slow down before making a downhill turn, pay attention to balance techniques during the turn: right foot up when turning right, left foot up when turning left.
  13. There are often loose stones on the right side of the road during left turns and in construction areas, which can easily cause loss of vehicle control; pass through carefully.
  14. When passing over height differences in the road surface, rails, water pipes, wires, tree branches, etc., pass perpendicular and straight through to prevent slipping and falling.
  15. Choose rain gear carefully when riding in wind and rain; raincoats that are too large cause wind resistance (a waist belt is required), while those that are too small affect movement flexibility.
  16. Do not ride on markings or manhole covers that make braking difficult on wet road surfaces; pass through damaged, flooded, or gravel roads carefully, and do not weave or turn sharply.
  17. Do not wear sunglasses when passing through tunnels or in rainy weather to avoid reducing visibility.
  18. Do not stop or overtake at turns; when overtaking, pass from the left side of the front bike and do not speed to cut in, avoiding collisions.
  19. Warm-up exercises before riding stretch muscles and prevent sports injuries; stretching and cooldown exercises after riding promote metabolism, eliminate lactic acid, and relieve soreness.
  20. Replenish water frequently in small amounts during riding, and avoid drinking excessive sports drinks. Drink plenty of water after riding to help eliminate lactic acid.
