Introduction

The Osaka Marathon course is certified by the Japan Association of Athletics Federations (JAAF), World Athletics (WA), and the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS).
As the largest marathon event in western Japan, the Osaka International Marathon route connects key spots like Osaka Castle, Dotonbori, Midosuji, and Kyocera Dome. Runners get to enjoy both historical sites and modern cityscapes, making it feel like a moving city tour.
Along the way, there are continuous cheering squads made up of local residents, offering small local snacks like takoyaki and mini cucumbers, letting runners experience Osaka’s unique hospitality and food culture.
The course has minimal elevation changes and is wide and straight, making it a popular race for runners aiming to beat their personal best (PB). It’s also considered a high-level 'fast course'.

Booking Procedure

When making a reservation, please fill in the Chinese and English full names and relevant information of all guests checking in (information must match passports), otherwise your registration entitlement may be affected.
A deposit of HK$3,000 per person is required upon reservation.
Your race entry quota will be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone within 7 working days after registration. Full outstanding balance must be settled within the subsequent 7 working days after confirmation.
Please refer to the attachment in your itinerary information 5 to 7 days prior to check-in for updated latest trip details. All race arrangements shall be subject to the final issued itinerary documents.
Please bring your original travel document (passport) for hotel check-in and race packet collection verification.

Package Includes

Official entry to the 2027 Osaka Marathon.
2 nights accommodation at APA Hotel - Namba.
Any additional race events, participant gifts and perks shall be subject to the official final announcement by the marathon organizer.

Round-trip airfare is not included.

Participants shall provide the following information for registration:
- Participant's full name, nationality, date of birth, gender and passport number (information must match the passport);
- Copy of passport;
- Email address and contact phone number;
- Registered event package;
- Name, contact number of emergency contact and the relationship between the emergency contact and participant;
- Clothing size.
Participants shall fully assess their own physical capability prior to registration. Submission of an application constitutes confirmation and acceptance by the participant of all event rules, terms and arrangements.
The participant's gender and personal information recognised by the event organiser shall be based solely on the valid passport.
Duplicate registrations will be treated as a single registration. Extra registration fees paid will not be refunded, nor transferable to other applicants or other events. All submitted registration materials will not be returned.
On-site and late registrations will not be accepted.

(4) You understand that all entry fees are not refundable, and at the same time, the paid race qualifications cannot be transferred to other races currently being held or to be held in the future.

2. Service Scope

Run2Gather provides running information and services including but not limited to race events and campaigns, training module and programs, sales of products, membership programs. Users are required to provide himself/ herself any required equipment, such as computer or mobile phone, and all relevant internet or mobile access fee that may incurred when using our website and services.

We reserve our discretion right to change, suspend or close our website or services without prior notice, and we shall have no liability to any other parties on this right. This right also apply to any update, services enhancement, maintenance, and new functions and features of our services.

3. Personal Data and Privacy

User is required to provide us your personal information and data (herein after called “Personal Data”) for registering an account in our Website or mobile Apps before using our services. User undertakes to provide us the true and accurate Personal Data and to update us your Personal Data upon request from time to time.

8. Indemnity

User agree to hold Run2Gather harmless in legal liability and warrant to indemnify us all the claims and legal cost for any dispute arising from User’s misuse or abuse of our Services or Content. We also the right to defense or confine the liability for any claims or legal dispute; User hereby warrant that will provide genuine cooperation for such defense.

9. Security and password

Run2Gather will provide a password for any registered account to enter and use our Services. It is User’s responsibility to secure the password. Upon User’s request, we will provide another account access or new password to User via provided contact information including but not limited to email or mobile number, while Run2gather has no liability on the security of such internet or mobile network. Run2gather may advertise or provide promotion from time to time, and some promotion may be provided by non-Run2Gather company or agent (herein-after call “Third Party”). 13. Termination of Use

Run2Gather reserves the right to suspend or terminate User’s part or all the Services in our discretion at any time, including but not limited to the violation of Terms of Use. Any illegal acts or fraudulent conduct is prohibited in Run2Gather, and we will report these case to relevant legal enforcement authorities.

Upon termination or suspension for any reason, your right to use the existing services on this website will immediately cease, and you acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files associated with your account, and/or prohibit any further access to such files or the website.
